Robert J. Lauer
Robert (Bob) Lauer graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fordham University (1962), a J.D. Degree from St. John’s University School of Law (1965), and a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law (1970). He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York and the United States Tax Court.
He resigned from his partner position at Deloitte & Touche in 1985 to found the firm along with Karen Georgatos. After practicing for over fifty years, Bob has retired and now serves as a trustee for trusts established by clients of the firm and is on the Board of Directors for a client’s private foundation. He is also an active docent at the U.S.S Midway Museum.
